   9 staff and provides a very open and stimulating working

  12 I founded this startup company in late 2001 and ran it
  13 until early 2007 alongside my former partner SimoneZinanni.

  15 Despite its small initial funding, Develer became very
  16 successful and almost doubled its income and staff every
  17 year and reached profitability in mid 2005.  In late 2005,
  18 the company moved larger office space and less than one
  19 year later opened another branch nearby.

  21 Today, Develer is still expanding its business and its
  22 growth is limited only by the difficulty to find
  23 people with the required technical background in the
  24 surrounding area.
