   3 I founded this startup in late 2001 and ran it until early
   4 2007 alongside my partner SimoneZinanni who is now the CEO.

   6 Basically, Develer designs and implements software,
   7 firmware and hardware solutions for other companies.

   9 Develer historically employs very qualified technical
  10 staff and provides a very open and stimulating working
  11 environment.

  13 Despite its small initial funding, Develer became very
  14 successful and almost doubled its income and staff every
  15 year and reached profitability in mid 2005.  In late 2005,
  16 the company moved larger office space and less than one
  17 year later opened another branch nearby.

  19 Today, Develer is still expanding its business and its
  20 growth is limited only by the difficulty to find
  21 people with the required technical background in the
  22 surrounding area.
